How do I make an appointment with a provider at EverVitalMD?
Please call our office to schedule an appointment at 704-663-2091. This allows for the most up to date scheduling options. Our friendly team members will ask your current concerns and schedule an appointment time. Prepayment of appointment is required to reserve your spot. $50 cancellation fee is applied if an appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of appointment time.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
You will receive a tour of our practice, meet our team and you will spend approximately 45 minutes with a provider. During your appointment, the provider will review your health history, talk with you in detail about your concerns, questions and goals. At the end of the appointment the provider will recommend the best treatment program for you.
Where will I get my labs drawn?
As a convenience to our clients, your labs can be drawn right at our location. We offer flexible hours and a comfortable and professional setting. We utilize many different lab companies that have kits that can be sent home with you as well. If you have previous lab results, we ask that you bring them with you to your appointment.
How much will it cost and can I afford it?
Each program is individualized based on your conditions and the length of the treatment recommended. Depending on the program, the majority of labs will be covered in the program costs or you can choose to pay a la carte. A co-pay will be required by your insurance company for some lab tests. We have finance options available as well. We have patients of all income levels.
Does your office accept health insurance?
We do not have a contract with any health insurance companies. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed invoice so that you may submit directly to your insurer for reimbursement. Some insurance plans will reimburse you for office visits according to their out-of-network provider schedule. We do not guarantee reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service.

Am I required to purchase supplements from your office?
Absolutely not. As a convenience to our clients, we have several high quality supplement brands available for purchase. Dr. Woodward hand selects each product we carry and each has a certificate of analysis so you know you are getting a quality product.
Do you offer Primary Care services at your practice?
At this time, EverVitalMD does not offer primary care services. You will continue to see your primary care physician for acute medical concerns and routine health concerns. We are happy to work with your primary care physician and specialist(s) on an as needed basis.
